サブPCで「Revit」「Rhinoceros」「Grasshopper」の環境整理を進めていたところ、
「Butterfly」がうまく起動しない、、、
下記、作業備忘録として。
〈表示されたエラー〉
Solution exception:
Failed to import butterfly:
Can’t find butterfly in sys.path.
You need to install butterfly to use butterfly-grasshopper.h
You can download butterfly from
https://github.com/mostaphaRoudsari/Butterfly
〈動作環境〉
HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF Windows 10 Pro 21H2 64bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19GHz
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
RAM 8.00GB
(入れ替えで残った機体ですのでスペックはまずまずです）
挑戦したこと
①Blue CFDをダウングレード
実用機では、Blue CFDの最新版2020を使ってましたが、2017-2,2017-1にダウングレード
→NG
②「Butterfly」の再インストール
Food4Rhinoより再ダウンロード
https://www.food4rhino.com/en/app/ladybug-tools
C:\Users\UsersName\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\UserObjects の「Butterfly」と
C:\Users\UsersName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\scripts の中の
「Butterfly」と「Butterfly_Grasshopper」を削除して
Butterfly0.0.05（最新版）より、セキュリティを許可して解凍、インストール
→NG
③githubから「Butterfly-master」Zipでダウンロードしてフォルダ置き換え
ふと気が付くと、
C:\Users\UsersName\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\scripts\Butterfly
内のデータ、stlフォルダとYMLファイル、PYファイル45個の更新日が2018年になっている。
「Food4Rhino」のButterflyフォルダは2018年のものが入っていて、
「github」のButterfly-masterには2020年製のものが入っている。
この47ファイルを置き換えて、Rhino再起動。
→OK無事起動。
一晩かかった長旅でしたけど、エラー解消でき利用できてます。
当方の環境のみで起こったことかもしれませんが、ご参考になればと思います。
